Create a Comprehensive List of Vaping Legislation

We need to have a list which explains which states, counties, and localities have banned vaping in certain public areas (both indoor and outdoor) AND which ones have banned e-cigarette purchase and possession by minors. Let me start. Please add to the list if you don't see something here.

States that have banned vaping in restaurants, bars, and non-hospitality workplaces:

1)New Jersey
2)Utah

Individual counties that have banned vaping in restaurants, bars, and non-hospitality workplaces:

1)King County, Washington


Individual localities that have banned vaping in restaurants, bars, and non-hospitality workplaces:

1)Springfield, MO


States that have banned e-cigarette purchase and possession by minors:

1)Maryland
2)Kansas
3)New Hampshire
4)New York (although the bill hasn't been signed by Governor Cuomo yet, we can safely assume that it will be signed in the next few days)
5)Alaska
6)Idaho


Individual counties that have banned e-cigarette purchase and possession by minors:

1)King County, Washington
2)Spokane County, Washington


Please add to the list. I know that there are more bans out there, unfortunately.

CASAA had hoped to get legislation by location area on their forum filled in for easy reference. Good idea too! If you're a member maybe you have time to help with that section
