Bullcrap. I am a cop and have no problem with vaping. You have to understand that this is a new thing and not all jurisdictions are aware of what vaping is.
The police are your friends if you are not a criminal.

I disagree. You nor your brothers will be allowed in my car or my house without probable cause, or a reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing.

Njoy and Smoking anywhere had suit brought against them by the AG claiming they were making unsubstantiated health claims. The 2 companies made a deal of sorts that boiled down to the suit being withdrawn if they stopped selling in Oregon.
Not exactly what was reported by the press but whadda ya gonna do?
Anybody else, please correct this as needed.
I will tell you- Njoy has never made any health claims. Also warnings on box against use of product for different reasons......and minimum age requirements.Just an easy way to push it off for now.

There are a couple in the office that are vaping, but the trend lately has been no smoking whatsoever, so the ones who quit (the majority) don't do anything. There are a few vapers in surrounding area depts though.

You are exactly right! Don't give us the probable cause or reasonable suspicion to believe you have violated the law. Easy concept isn't it?

Alright. I remember now. They were in a mall and
got in trouble, as I recall.
Great video. And while I like cops, even while
talking to just one I'm out numbered.

Hehe. I suppose because you're not here in the capacity as law enforcement, nor are you in my jurisdiction
I forgot to post the rebuttal,
