E-cig ban? Stuck in customs?

I am not sure if this is new news or not but thought I would post it anyways.

I have been searching for a supplier and researching a bit considering selling e-cigs in my shop.

A large amount of the suppliers I have wrote are starting to say that there supplies have been embargoed in customs...

What is the final word on this, no more supplies coming over the border? Some supplies getting caught at the border?

I think the FDA just loves to get paid for population control....

Any insight on what is happening, I read over a bit but am getting mixed responses.

I've heard a few horror stories about large shipments of liquid being kept by customs. The guy I was talking to lost over 2k in liquid.
