    Default Paramus NJ ban

the town of paramus nj is concerding banning the use of e-cigs in all public places. Paramus has 4 malls each with a e-cig stand. I asume this is what got the township intrested in the ban. I just spent about 45 mins on the phone with a reporter for the Bergan Record. pleading our case and giving her my opinion on the subject. i verry much stressed that the stands in the mall; such as smoking everywhere make there products look like analogs and that is a big part of the reasion for the ban. the artical comes out next thursday so keep a look out for it. and i will let you know more when I do

I am glad that someone did contact the reporter! Thank you :-)

I am sure other could do so also! Just remember, 1 state/county starts with these restrictions and many others decide to follow, so it is to all of our benefit to stop these actions as much as we can!!!

Ignorance, prejuidice and a self important desire to impose one's will on people they deem as second class citizens is the reason. Not the shape of the device. Stop making excuses for these dirtbags. If we allow them to they will put cameras in our homes and remove the off switch from our televisions. Our sweet freedoms slip away one by one and you are only enabling them to do so by blaming the people selling e-cigs instead of the greedy bullies who seek to ban them. If not for mall kiosks no one would even know what these things are.

Sad, truly sad. That so many people have this attitude of blame the guy at the mall.

Mac, you are so right! As citizens, we should stop coddling and cringing in corners--looking for someone to blame--instead of going to war with the ultimate enemy: The government.

Our problem is that the government and business are too inter-tangled; and, as we (in the US) have a separation of church and state, there needs to be a clear separation of economics and state for the exact same reasons. "Big Tobacco" is lobbying against the threat of e-cigarettes, and paying big money in order to do it.

WE have an obligation to organize against this, otherwise we'll be forced back into satisfying or addiction in ways that result in our deaths. The choice for us is simple: To live or die.
