Unfortunately there is strong irrefutable logic in that argument. I am not to fond of reading people that go on and on conspiracy theory style in forums. But unfortunately, I will try and keep it short. He who controls the media is he who controls the country. This has happened since I have been a kid. News reporting used to be a lot more drab and boring. But it was factual. These days there is so little hard fact in news, but so much opinion presented as fact, and so much emotion to sway the emotions of the viewer/reader. Our news shows are closer matched to reality shows such as "The Real World." So who controls our media controls the thoughts of the silent majority. We have seen it ourselves, the FDA report (which I could not find on their website) that made claims about the E-Cig. Now the sheep have that thought. These are the same sheep that see and want medications from commercials whose spoken fine print is so long I still for the life of me cannot remember the name of the advertised medication, but its approved by the FDA so it can't be that bad. Yea, those commercials are like reading that last sentence. But, Alas, due to nicotine we are not freely able to utilize the great mind control of our generations, the boob tube.

The use of legal drugs are so deeply ingrained into our culture, that it is almost a given. From starbucks and red bull to nyquil and viagra. From smilin bob to do the dew.

Our founding fathers, if they were here today, would have a hard time wrapping their minds around how the federal government is able to regulate and enforce..............80% of the laws and regulations on the books.

posting again, sorry.
I will be good, I am a noob, I don't think I have been to harsh, so don't ban me please.
I am from Utah, 44 years old, started vaping Dec. 10 2009... it works for me. If they take this away from me I will die, not being dramatic, I am serious...

Whoa, calm down, read up on the important threads, join in and hang out here like the rest of us. Cops aren't yet busting down doors looking for evil vapers.

The federal court's tied up in knots for now on this issue, so there's time to settle into your favorite e-cig and juice, vape away next to your computer, and think long term strategy with the rest of us.

Welcome aboard!

It is true....I wish we could give a real class on the founding fathers to every high school kid in this country. So they fully understood what we stood for, how we became to be. I love history but it seems it is getting lost in the kids for the past few generations. Did you hear there is one school board that is trying to ONLY teach US history from 1877 to now...nothing before then.
