Default Senate bill 400: when will it take effect?

IF sb 400 isn't vetoed does it take effect immediately, or on January 1st next year? According to Internet Guide

"Most enacted bills go into effect on the first day of January of the next year. Urgency bills, and certain other measures, take effect immediately after they are enacted into law."
I'd like to know so I can stock up on my favorite juices sold in the US.
    Anyone know?

I think that's about as close to an answer as you'll get - should be Jan 1, 2010.

    Think Veto!

I've been stocking up for several weeks now. I think I have enough to last a year right now. I still need to stock up on batteries and atomizers though. I do have a pass through so maybe just attys for right now. It sure does bring peace of mind.
