    This has great potential. It would be great if the e-cigs can come within this funding opportunity. I think they would certainly prove themselves as truly safer, etc. The big problem with government grants is the are cumbersome to write, difficult to obtain, and a royal pain to implement and report back on....but worth in the end most of the time.

    I don't think the suppliers would have a problem also, because eckerds and riteaid, etc.. All sold the Airborne product and they didn't get sued.. I think the people that have to worry are the manufacturers and that would be some sort of an international lawsuit since they are in China.
