Thats the Main Man..Mr Gordon Robb..
His analysis of the fluid confirmed that even our cartridges need to be made CHIP compliant, its a clear Black and white. Either fully comply with all products or sell none, i took the view that as a longterm business measure i want my goods packaged in this Manner.
Its been leaked to the Press by the looks of things, now we will i imagine see this issue find its way into the mainstream papers in the next few weeks.

Your media will likely have a field day:
Poisonous liquids sold in malls!
What's worse than smoking? E-smoking!
New coffin nails taken off shelves
Get ready to meet the press, Pillbox. You've done it before. Your position this time is correct: "I intend to meet all relevant regulations for a product with the promise to assist the many smokers seeking an alternative." Take the high road; no condemnation needed.

Does this mean if they relabel the bottles & put a Child Proof Cap (I know Steve has a free option for these on his e-liquid orders) then they can continue trading the liquid again? Or, as I suspect is probably the case, am I reading this wrong?

Pillbox is looking into it Weegie, he has to get a lab analysis of nicotine content to determine if the Poisons Act applies. If it doesn't then it's a matter of getting the packaging right and then it'll be ok but if the nicotine content is high enough for the Poisons Act to apply then it will be practically impossible to import, buy, store and sell nicotine eliquid.
