7.5% of weight Nicotine is 75mg per 1g which is pretty close to 75mg per 1ml so even the 36mg liquid is only around half the concentration needed to qualify as a poison, I am curious because I wonder if this is the same limit that applies in Australia? If so then the government just lost their reason for the ban

Umm, when you look at the calculations, there is no way. The Wicked e-liquid shows that there is less than 3% nicotine in the bottle. This is why you label the bottle in the first place.

    Nicotine's weight is 1.01 g/cm3
    Water is 1.0 g/cm3.
PG is .96527 g/cm3 (http://www.simetric.co.uk/si_liquids.htm Somebody check my calc please)

As you can see, the .01 is not very significant.

The UK government is prompting you into fear. Just be careful when the tests take place...make sure it is at a temperature that is below 100C since the water will evaporate before the nicotine.

Default Petitions in the UK for e-smoking

There are petitions in the UK to 10 Downing Street if anyone is interested to sign:

Cos I'm new I'm not allowed to post urls
So I'll try and put something to help you find them...

To keep e-smoking in public places:
petitions dot number10 dot gov dot uk bs ecigarette bs

To test e-cigs for a reduction of harm to smokers:
petitions dot number10 dot gov dot uk bs testecigs bs

Don't know if there are any others?

If you're in the petition signing mood after that perhaps you would like to sign this one as well about the skinning of live animals:

animalsaviors dot org bs petition dot .html

Hope I haven't been too bad

    Many thanks

See the top of the forum homepage

There are yr weblinks happyhips - think at least some UK members have been to sign them but does no harm to repost them. The deadlines are June and July, not far away.
Have you joined the UK Forum yet?

    Cheers,
