It's kinda funny... Many of the posters on this thread have referred to New Jersey as a State run by "morons". Hate to break it to ya, but that doesn't make NJ all that unique, every State is run by morons. Except the one I live in, Utah. It's run by MORMONS, & that's a thousand times worse. For example, the sponsor of HB71 (the Utah bill trying to ban ecigs) can be emailed @ pray@utah.gov. Then there's Senator Buttars who's trying to eliminate the 12th grade from the public school system. I better shut up before I write a novel on the subject...
