Any real confiscations yet?????

OK, we have had all sorts of musings here about the FDA. Whether they have declared war on these evil e-cigarettes through their henchmen in US customs. It is way too easy for fear mongering to get a foot hold and for us to start stockpiling liquid and parts all over conjecture and speculation.
Except for mismarked shipments, does anyone have afirmative knowledge of any confiscations?? This goes for any country, I just don't know what to call all the various regulatory agencies.
I have yet to see a report in any of these threads and just want a concise answer if there have been enforcement actions. My bet is Australia and the like aside, the answer is no!

When I hear of these being pulled from Pilot, Costco, Walgreens, Target online, etc, then I might be concerned. I'm really not the worrying sort so until then, I'm just going to enjoy every minute of my new (and healthier!) lifestyle

And when us suppliers start complaining that our properly marked packages are getting stopped... that's when the worry should begin. All of the packages that have been stopped to date and received a copy of the form letter, those packages were not properly marked.

I had a feeling that this was currently more a worry than a reality. Just wanted a sanity check for us! Once again assuming there are no afirmative instances! Meanwhile vape on!

Yes they are starting to clamp down, I have a $3k order that is in limbo with FDA. Here you go....

I am still selling them also but that does not change the facts. I will let you know if and when the order gets released.

For items intercepted by Customs that were properly marked (marked as electronic cigarettes), see Lithium's post at Anyone running into problems with customs? and my post on following page

If they would have been marked "vaporizers" they might have gotten through. Dunno
