I will definitely check it out. I will be a fly on the wall and will reserve comment until I have something factual to contribute.

If that were true, then there would not be any "Water Pipes" for sale. Water Pipes are sold all across the US. Everyone knows what they are for, but because of the careful naming and marketing of them, they are still available for purchase today.

There are already vaporizers on the market for that particular purpose. They have been on the market for years. In fact, e-cigs are likely a result of that technology for that purpose already existing on the market. I would be very surprised if the Chinese didn't look at the existing technology and think about how they could apply it to the growing attitudes/laws in relation to tobacco smoking.
Hehe, the potheads are at the cutting edge of the technological curve -- they all don't "act the fool".

Exactly, Heed! The only reason this is true is because of the separation the device has from any particular substance that might be put into it. I really feel that if we separate the gear from the liquid, we should have no problems. If pot-heads can figure this out, why can't we?

I'm not worried about the FDA banning it, i'm just worried about it getting stopped at customs. They can't really ban it, but what they do at customs is out of our control.
BTW, if you really think eating organic benefits you that much, I envy your naivety.
