class action against the FDA and Health Canada

I am sure that big tobacco will be on board with e-cigz soon. Think about it, if the market is big enough they will jump on board. They are just holding it back now by lobbying against it until they can monopolize the industry. Im sure you will see them on the market from them in the near future accept they would probably be disposable. They are just trying to shut it down so that they can dominate it. Typical. (this is my opinion of course)

How can one sue the Government of Canada? They ban ecigs because they contain nicotine liquid, which could lead to poisoning. I don't really think that statement is misleading. For some reason they did not take up the mantra of the FDA. That ecigs are more dangerous that regular cigarettes.

Sure, I'd be in for $10 if we can actually go somewhere with this. I don't think we can, though. Maybe money would be better spent on hiring a lobbyist to take the issue to capitol hill for us? I don't know the first thing about how that works, but thought I'd throw the idea out there in case someone else does.
