To date, have any shipments that do not make health claims been seized by the FDA?

sarotu, not that i know of, and our liquid has a warning label, working on childproof caps. There is going to be a battle with the fda coming, i presume. we are all in this together!
I love e-smoking I love the planet.
Lets stick together and keep everyone informed.

Peace to all............

When has a ban on anything ever kept it out of anyones hands? They can ban this all they want and you will still be able to get it.

fenez, that's a bad way of thinking. A lot of people are trying to make a biz out of this, and they don't want to become illegal dealers.

Thats my point. All the talk talk talk means nothing unless people are willing to do something, which they never are, so why bother complaining? Every person has the right to picket, boycott, vote or whatever they like to get their point across. People are helpless when it comes to bans or gov. enforcement simply because of inaction. Smokers pay the ridiculous tax on cigarettes and always will. citizens will take whatever the gov. dishes out because we are too lazy to do anything. If anyone thinks writing a few letters will change anything, they are crazy.

Wicked had a shipment refused entry to the States. I don't think they make health claims.

I've only just started e-smoking, and already peeps are feeling the shadow of vaping being banned in the U.S.???

Someone say something positive about the situation, if anything at all?

Or just give a straight answer. Will it eventually get banned based on situations of the present, or no?

Surely an outright ban will just cause more problems for the authorities in the long run. I've already read in a few places on this forum, discussions about how to create your own nicotine juice, but obviously the resulting liquid could be very dangerous with an unknown nicotine content.

Nevertheless, some people will try it if the liquid is banned, and IMO, there is no surer way of incurring deaths as a result of e-cigs than this.

I can, however, understand the need for some regulation: ie quality control, labelling, child-proof caps, etc.

Sun, do you know what brands? or can you give links to posts about the incident?

I just got a shipment of DSE-901b. The U-boats are not getting them all yet!
