I thought the information was very substantial given that most of the people who will read the article know next to nothing about e-cigs or what they do know is probably erroneous.

It is a good article, but the content is obviously generated to promote that ads that surround the article. There's no credit to anyone for writing the article and that stands out when you read it and notice that it is not signed.

If I'm not mistaken, the ads are generated in response to the article. It's a Google thing.
...but you're right about the author's anonymity. I can't find a name anywhere on that blog. It does seem to exist for the purpose of generating Google ads.
