I don't think I would count on that too much after all being a smoker didn't stop President Obama from signing the last cigarette tax hike into law

President Obama currently earns $400,000 per year, along with a $150,000 expense account, a $100,000 nontaxable travel account and $19,000 for entertainment.

Guess he could consider vaping an expense...
