I think that might be what I'm starting to believe. While waiting for the FDA decision, stomp on the little guy (no offense) to look good, but keep the bigger money coming in and act/react appropriately after the decision.

Trashman--We do not know how ASH is reporting and what system they have in place. Since TW is out of the UK, they might have just gotten confused and not realized that they have a US based operation. It will be across the board soon.

And lets not forget that ASH is going to call in Visa USA Inc, as well as Mastercard, to halt their sales as well. So when you look at it, there are many ways to "enforce" an ban.

I can see this happening next. Just like Visa and Mastercard etc, reports tobbacco sales to local (state) revenue departments so people wouldn't avoid paying the taxes on them.

Wow....after 3 packs of "coffin nails" a day for 20 years, I have "vaped" for just one week, and have not had a single tobacco cigarette in that week.

If I, (and any one in my situation) are made to go back to that deadly form of tobacco, for any reason, constitutes "genocide" and "crimes against humanity", via "malice-a forethought"!

Just order more and sooner as long as its available.

Just a question. Given that nothing related to PVs has yet been deemed illegal, isn't Paypal jumping the gun a bit? At the time they are processing the transactions, they are LEGAL! Now, if they are banned, that would be a totally different story, IMO.

I think if I am forced to stop using my inhaler, I am going to sue ASH. Maybe I will contact an attorney and ask him to write this guy a letter. Would be the same premise that ASH is working from....!

Frankie--to the contrary, the FDA's formal position is that these are not legal to import, sell, or market. So for Paypal, as a middle entity in the sale, has every right to protect it's interests.
