Sun,
I wonder which will happen first:
A ruling in this case.

You will be broke from checking the docket.
You could never be repaid for the amount of time you've invested in checking the docket and reporting it here, but you should really think about setting up a little "donation box" at PayPal. I know I, and many others here, would be thrilled to contribute.
Thank you again for all you do!
Just because your delusion-laden prejudice perceives the truth as being negative doesn't render my posts 'useless chit chat'. Some people, namely those with a brain, actually want to understand what the truth is, rather than keep their head in the clouds. It helps with future planning; and may even keep a few people out of jail.
Gee, Where did this come from?
This is going way too far, statements like this are just as useless and inflammatory as the opposite extremes. No one is going to jail over this, independent of the ruling. Some companies might get fined, their stock taken, and we might even lose all access (if USPS refuses to ship the product). For a user to end up in jail, we would definitely need new laws. And even then it would be extremely hard, as any sensible and enforcible rule would require banning all other products that currently contain nicotine. There is obviously tax evasion, but until tax code changes to specifically include ecig (we don't tax nicotine nor tobacco per se, taxes apply to specifically listed tobacco products) we're in the clear.
Sorry to go offtopic here but I couldn't resist: http://people.csail.mit.edu/rahimi/helmet/
(assume Leon goes in favor of the FDA, making e-cigs a 'drug delivery device')
Is it possible that, even while these 'devices' are being tested for FDA approval, we can still push shipments of liquids and such? Assuming the post doesn't start x-raying boxes and open any box that are full of liquid containers.
Maybe even still get e-cigs?
