Ya Im not looking forward to the appeal process either... This has dragged out way to long already! I just want it to be over with so I will know what to throw my money at as well as know what to do with the $30K order that the FDA seized.

Either way Phil, I look at it this way. Whatever happens in the ruling I will continue to vape. Vaping has opened my eyes to a better alternative and its something that I will continue to do.

Again today there is no new entires on the Docket Sheet. So we enter into December awaiting Judge Leon to docket and publish his ruling.
