Just a funny note on something I saw at the mall a week into my vaping.
Being a vape newb, I walked up to the SE kiosk and asked if they sell only Juice so that I don't have to wait for shipment from online supplier. The Kid's response? Not here, but we do not recommend using 3rd party Juice because ours is the only one "Approved by the FDA".

Again Judge Leon does not release his ruling today. Again here are the Motions he is sitting on:

SE's and NJOY's Motion for a Preliminary Injunction;

Alliances's Motion for Leave to File their Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court Brief)

SE's Motion in Opposition the ASH's Amicus Curiae Brief (remember that ASH's Motion for leave to file thier Brief was granted the minute it was filed by Judge Leon)

SE's Motion Instanter a Status Report Concerning Recent Events Which May Impact Plaintiff's Continued Existence.

BTW, if the FDA takes this, will there be an appeal on SE or Ejoys part? Also, if favor goes FDA way, will every company selling ecig on the NET immediately go out of business to we can't order any-longer, or will they be able to sell for a while after?

After over a year, Either, it would be hard to catch up to my stash--but I worked long and hard on it.

There will indeed be Appeals and my take is there will be cross appeals by all parties---I contend that neither side is going to get all that they are looking for out of the ruling.

Yeah, I'm stocking up like crazy too. Doesn't mean I'll stop buying anytime soon. I just want about 12 months worth of supplies (hardware and "software") on hand at all times. I'm getting pretty close.

IF the FDA wins, I doubt they have the storage facilities to seize every e-cig component coming into this country. I imagine they'll set some deadlines (6 months maybe) for companies to submit testing results and/or submit products for testing or else they forfeit all rights to export their goods to the US.

The FDA is as corrupt as any other organization and they want their share of bribes, kickbacks, contributions, etc. or you can't do business in their backyard. Plus, it's also about job security to them and they get to hire a bunch more people (at taxpayer expense of course) to inspect and enforce any new FDA regulations.

Otherwise, they'd test the things and submit their complete findings IF they were even close to being as dangerous as analogs.


This doesn't mean it's all bad in my book. I seriously doubt the FDA will ban e-cigs, since there really isn't any money in it for them if they do.

Once the FDA "permits" certain brands to sell their wares, more people may actually make the switch from analogs and that's good news for all of us.

My only real concern is over the handling of the flavor issue.

Ok FizzleFisch, I get it, Sun sold you a small portion of his stash and the picture is of what he sold you.

When Sun is finished stocking up, there won't be any e-juice left in the world for the rest of us to buy.
