Well, this answers WHY the judge took so long in his ruling. He wanted it as airtight as humanly possible to withstand appeals. And we all know that the appeals process can take years.

And to think that the judge used the very thing that the FDA used in their arguments against SE (their marketing) against the FDA. Well played.

So until a final decision is ultimately made by the US Supreme Court (if it ever goes that far), it will be status quo for vaping and getting our stuff.

We're looking at a possibly long appeals process. So sit back. While the war may not have been won yet, we certainly won a major battle.

I think I am in love with Judge Leon. He went with the AES friend of the court brief filed by members of THE RIGHTTOVAPE forum and other forums members in September 2009.

Still, forbes deserves what they get for this one.
