Docket Update August 5, 2009
Checking the Docket Sheet again today showed no movements in the case. I expect some pre-hearing motions to be filed soon. There are only 12 days left till the hearing date.

Summer--there is a very good reason for that. When you have conficting expert evidence, it sways the Judge even more to use due deference to the very agency that is charged to know about and resolve such issues ---that being the FDA. That is the way the statute reads and Judge Leon is going to rule on the law, not emotion.
