Sun has a time machine??? Just think of it, we can go back in time and correct all the mistakes that we made in life, like voting for the wrong people.

Would that we could, Jerry. And not only that, we get health care on the "layaway plan." We get to pay for it for 4 years before anyone actually gets any health care!

of topic, but related to ms.vocalek's post about health care...
you pay monthly for car insurence, never have a wreck, and still pay car ins.
why after a couple of years you cant stop having to make payments, untill you do have a reason to use up the car ins. you have paid for, i mean you dont keep buying something
( cept e-cig stuff ) if you dont need it...

Insurance is not the same thing as a personal disaster savings fund for yourself. It's a pool to protect the persons who suffer the biggest losses, often through no fault of their own (i.e. nature, chance, random events). The only fair thing that insurance companies can do is reward safe drivers by lowering their rates and increasing the rates for careless or risky drivers.

Insurance also covers you from the threat of being sued into bankruptcy.

    Sun

Forgive me if the question has been asked... Was not the tobacco tax levied because of the health care burden to society? How can they assess that tax when said health care burden has not been shown to be applicable to ecigs?
