Again today there was no movement on the Docket sheet. The FDA has until tomorrow to file their Reply Brief and I expect that they will.

grimmer - darvon is a prescription pain killer, not a very effective one, but one none the less. Darvocette contains tylenol and is a commonly prescribed darvon product. With all the uproar presently about accidental tylenol overdoses, my guess is this is one of the drugs they would target, since it doesn't work very well to begin with, so overuse would not be that uncommon?

effective is subjective. For me, Darvon works. It gets rid of my migraines. For advil or tylenol to do it, I'd have to take around a dozen pills. And, I'm mildly allergic to codeine, so that doesnt leave much else.

Today there was no movement on the Docket sheet. The FDA has less then 48 hours to file it's Brief before the Court deadline as set by Judge Leon.

Bri--if the FDA were not to file today, they would just be standing on the pleadings they already submitted. But it would be highly unlikely that they are not going to. They are not going to give up their opportunity to reply. I will have a good long look tommorrow and post the update one way or the other.

I just wanted to add my thanks to this thread to you for staying on top of this as throughly as you have done. I also wanted to let you know that I spoke with an online supplier of shisha and hookah related products and they are not, I repeat, not going to be effected by the FDA or the bill that is in congress right now. Shisha has now been listed as a "cultural" item, whatever that means, and it is not going to be subjected to the same rules as the rest regarding flavorings, etc. or shipment. I guess there was one bright ray of sunshine in all of this, for us hookah users at least. Still crossing my fingers and hoping for the best regarding the E-cig. Still, thank you so much for your efforts .
