A good report but a little off center. The health reports from NZ covered more than just coping with withdrawal symptoms and the FDA isn't concerned about PG. The FDA are up in arms over Diethelyne Glycol found in one cartridge of 19 tested, in quantities of less than 1%.

this is true, i thought it was a bit strange myself. but either way, no one in america is willing to put anything like this on TV.

The FDA really better watch it's step here, if they want to continue to be considered the "gold standard" of food and drug safety.

This is not surprising, since New Zealand has already run a toxicology test on the electronic cigarette late last year and didn't find much of what the FDA had supposedly "found".
But, since the USA is God, and we are smarter than you, and we know whats best for the world, and we think the rest of the world consists of banana republics, being superior to an inferior world, your report must be primitive because as people living in grass shacks, are NOT white, you could NOT have the means to make anything look intelligent. The rest of the world are a bunch of morons with no brain cells and need the United States to guide you to freedom and intelligents. GOD BLESS THE USA living in a world of utter MORONS!
(Sorry for being pollitically incorrect, but you know me, I speak the truth even if it hurts)
Of course you know this was posted with the deepest smathering of sarchasm as I could muster up. You do know this was furthest from the truth... that the world is made up of a bunch of morons. But, unfortunately, that is what the USA thinks. Fortunately there ARE nations and people who think for themselves. Like New Zealand, who don't automatically kiss the United States ass at the drop of a hat, like Isreal, for their recent ban on the e-cig based on what Grand Pappa FDA said.
The FDA better be RIGHT with this, because their worldwide reputation is on the line (if they even had any reputation to begin with)
(btw, the new zealand report can be downloaded here: http://www.moonport.org/documents/Ru...t30-Oct-08.pdf )

Isn't there any universal standard to tell whether one material is safe or not?
The ingredient shows on FDA report is to be identified as "UNSAFE", what funny is, this ingredient shows on SGS testing report and not as an UNSAFE material.
I think that NZ government has found this material already, why there was no BAN?
