So, since you were able to submit a comment, it is there. It just seems to take FDA forever to go through them and display them for public view. Last time I looked they only had 23 out of 5300+ comments showing.
And 6 days later they've read 4 more and they're up to 27. Slow readers, or something completely different?

Interesting. I'm curious to see how they end up ruling (particularly with the impending EU rulings coming up).

Wow, isn't the MHRA a UK entity? This is getting very interesting.

Hmm. While this sounds quite rational,
..The draft guidance recommends “substituting the nicotine in tobacco with nicotine from less harmful, nicotine containing products."
This certainly looks like a bad road to go down,
..nicotine containing products (NCPs) which appreciably affect metabolism in normal usage could arguably fall within medicines legislation in terms of their pharmacological action.
Using that logic we'll be headed for licensed Starbucks outlets. Probably inevitable too, I'm afraid.

    Very Funny !!

This would only happen if coffee was negatively impacting
BP's profits like e-cigarettes. In that case, of course,
the FDA would have to step in to protect BP's profits.

reeeallllly slow. Even though the highest comment number is 27, still only showing 23 of them I see the site will be down this weekend, until Monday evening -- wonder if they're going to read and post a bunch of comments? (yeah, right...)
