The FDA recognizes that dealing with a large organization can be difficult for small entities. In an effort to help small businesses obtain the guidance they need, the Center for Tobacco Products has a small business assistance program, which we plan to expand as the Agency implements provisions of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. Check out the new Small Business Assistance Web page.
