Nice to know, but this product will not help our battle with FDA in spite of that the patent was issued in 2002 and could be a subject to grandfathering ecigarette - PM didn't use any type of nicotine infused liquid but a specially designed cigarettes to be used in this device.

what I dont understand is why would you buy it its no healthier and it uses a "special" cig. so you still get all the same crap thats in them in the first place.

Uh.... no.
The Ruyan design and patents are completely different than the PM device. There is no "grandfathering" and it is a completely different concept and implementation. As a matter of fact, the PM design is in the "tobacco product" league, where the atomized-liquid PV is not.
