    Martha,
Yes, it's a Care2 petition site. I don't think you have to "sign up." Did you scroll down at all? Just fill in the blanks and click "sign."
I hope you will try again.

When I taught English (*ouch* Don't throw things!) I used the following to help students remember when to use "there" or "their".

The word "there" contains the word "here". Use "there" in places where you could substitute "here" and have the sentence still make sense. "It is over here." "It is over there."

When the word appears in front of a form of the verb "to be", such as "is" or "are", use "there". "There is a big storm coming."

The word "their" is the plural possessive pronoun. It contains the word "heir", which refers to inheriting ownership. "This house will become their property when the will is finalized." "The house will be theirs."

And while we are on the subject, when to use "its" and "it's". The one with the apostrophe is a contraction for "it is". So if you could substitute "it is" in the sentence, use "it's". "It's going to rain today."

The other one is a possessive pronoun -- the gender-free version of his or her. "The cat licked its paw."

69 signatures so far, looks like it's off to a good start.

Wow, I am feeling really smart right now... No one noticed that in the fourth paragraph where you stated the ingredients in the e-liquid. You wrote "propylene glycerin" instead propylene GLYCOL. Great letter bro, nice job.

When I went to the link you provided it just says Care2, either sign or login in. It only shows the one page and there is no scroll down. Seems like everybody else can get to this but I can't. Is there another link I can use.

Sorry folks if this turns up twice. My relpy was shown when I posted it, then it dissapeared... You listed the ingredients in the e-liquid and used "propylene glycerine" instead of propylene GLYCOL. Great job.

Sorry, Martha. I don't know why it's not working for you.
