Default E Cigarette Ban By FDA May Make Them A Real Danger To Smokers--hmmm....

    http://www.officialwire.com/main.php?action=posted_news&rid=39487&catid=105

Could a FDA stop on a well known smoking alternative create a potential for deadly results for U.S. smokers?

    Partial Quote:

There are now reports flying across message and forum boards that a decision is near on the fate of the electronic cigarette. Several of the post concerning the case states that the decision has been made and the paperwork is ready for the announcement of the decision by a top federal judge.

This brings to the forefront a question that few have thought of concerning a potential ban of the e cigarette, and that is a black market for the e cigarette. The word on several e cigarette forums is that the Food an Drug Administration lacks the manpower to police all shipments into the US and that it will still be simple for the users to purchase them directly from China.

I am planning my lawsuits against FDA.

First lawsuit: I could switch back to analogs because they are FDA approved where electronic cigarettes are not. My health problems will return and I will eventually die. If I continued to smoke my doctor told we my COPD was getting worse and I could die from this. But it will be the FDA's fault because anything that is approved or under the control of the should be safe. Quote from Dr Seigel

One of the major criticisms I have leveled against the proposed legislation is that it would give cigarettes an FDA seal of approval, thus undermining the public’s appreciation of the hazards of smoking and providing the tobacco companies with a golden marketing opportunity. The companies could start boasting that their products are officially approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and that they comply with all federal regulations and requirements regarding the safety of tobacco products.
Can you imagine statements on cigarette packages, advertisements, and web sites which state: “Our products are strictly regulated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. The FDA has approved this product for sale in the U.S. It meets all regulatory safety standards promulgated by the FDA.

My seond lawsuit: If they don't allows us to continue using Electronic cigarettes then I will file the class Action Lawsuit:

The FDA, which has no control in China to stop the flow of uninspected units into the country because of a lack of manpower and are potentially opening the special interest groups and the FDA to a landslide of lawsuits for forcing electronic cigarette smokers to use a potential dangerous product and putting their health and others around them at risk.

Anybody want to get on the band wagon.

My son is a lawyer and he will handle this for me which ever way it turns out.

Nice for him to volunteer since civil suits can run on for a long time. Of course, if successful, jury award has the potential of a well earned contingency fee.

I'll still be vaping for a long time after, if they do ban it, and if I fit into a category, I'm in.

As I said before, this may have to be fought under J. B.'s battle plan for ASH.

Let'm come, I've got enough here to last me until earily spring. I'll quit vaping and those cockroaches STILL won't get my taxes.

...and they'll have killed off the most promising 'new' wave of technology (money maker), which will save millions of lives, to hit this country in a long time.
