Sorry Jerry, I didn't realize someone else started up this thread. Obviously, you didn't catch it either.

The American Council on Science and Health has been advocating tobacco harm reduction products and policies for the past 15 years.

And I've been collaborating with ACSH for more the past 25 years.

Elizabeth Whelan, Jeff Stier, Gilbert Ross, Todd Seavey and the others at ACSH get it, and they generate lots of news media coverage.

I registered and posted a comment, but I don't see any way to digg the article.

Now that tells it like it is. Great story and great find. Can you believe they got the cat guarding the cream? Why does the governent waste so much money on usless panels and commitees or like Dr. Michael Seagal put it "a joke"?

The author works with Dr. Elizabeth Whelen, one of our strongest advocates, at the American Council on Science and Health. I'll be happy only when I see a Forbes author write a fair and balanced piece on e-cigs.

This is NOT an article, BTW. It's an editorial opinion piece, and thus easily dismissed by authorities. It is one man's opinion. But Forbes is a great place to host it, since the magazine is widely read by the powerful.

And I've been collaborating with ACSH for more the past 25 years. IN 2006 Brad Rodu, ACSH and I collaborated on Tobacco Harm Reduction: an Alternative Cessation Strategy for Inveterate Smokers Harm Reduction Journal | Full text | Tobacco harm reduction: an alternative cessation strategy for inveterate smokers

Elizabeth Whelan, Jeff Stier, Gilbert Ross, Todd Seavey and the others at ACSH get it, and they generate lots of news media coverage (especially on Fox News, Wall St. Journal, Washington Times, Forbes and other pro business media outlets).

For daily information from ACSH on various science and health issues go to:
Dispatch: Parkinson's, Soda, Smoke, Reimportation, and Vaccines > Facts & Fears > ACSH
and sign up to get on their daily e-mail list.

ACSH includes news and information on e-cigarettes and other tobacco harm reduction products and policies several times per week.
