I was afraid recordings wouldn't be permitted, but that is good news that we might be able to buy a CD. While I will be very glad to rely on your notes, I know from experience that it's not much fun for the note-taker.

As always, you're very welcome, Jerry. It's a very easy thing to check the docket, although not nearly as much fun as when we were actually expecting stuff to be filed.

    Elaine,
I'd be happy to kick in on the CD just to hear the actual argument.
Let me know and thanks for the time you put in.
I can PP you my "portion" of the funds for the CD.
np there.......your time would appreciated by more than just me I'm sure.

I think it would be interesting to actually hear the FDA an NJoys oral arguments.
Adding a bit more could be a fund raiser for Casaa!

I do miss Sun. Hope all is well with him.

Great! I have the utmost confidence in your note-taking ability I, too, would be glad to contribute for the CD. If you'll PM me your PP addy I'll send you some money. I like the fundraiser idea, too.

    Thanks CJ.
I think its a good opportunity for CASAA to raise some funding to work with.
No one rides for free..................well.........some might.

Lets hope Elaine can have the time to do it.
As far as what CASAA uses the funding for, I don't care. I have faith that it will be used to it's best advantage for the cause.

I have a feeling that Vocalek has enough money.

But if not, just PM me too.
I'll send you $50 right away if needed.

I'll make you guys a deal. I will front the money for the CD. Would each of you make a donation to the IVAQS (air quality) research study instead of sending $ to me? CASAA has a special set up to accept donations now. CASAA.org

Anything you can afford would help. Thanks!

Already made my contribution, Elaine. I'm hopeful that the study will give us some much needed ammunition to fight some of these bans on indoor vaping.

I contributed a C note to the cause. Someone should come up with a United Way type thermometer like the United Way and put a sticky out there. Perhaps that would generate more contributions.

If people just look at what they are saving not even mentioning personal health benefits, it shouldn't be hard to generate the money. Come on people, give it up for the cause, you can bypass one extra kit for the future.
