i would have to side with this.. as the FDA to my knowledge has no rights " yet" to control electric devices nor liquid nicotine, as one is a plant Extract and the other is a device not a food or drug.. i understand the Senators concern but dam the man

It's possible that this guy is wanting to do the right thing but is uninformed. Looking at his history he lost his father to cancer (not sure if it was tobacco related, but that doesn't have to matter) and he really hates smoking. Sure we need more tests, but the right course of action is to test first unless you make the very shaky assumption that PVs are worse for your health than tobacco cigarettes.

I hope he comes to understand that a lot of people who used to smoke tobacco are now vaping instead, and that most of these would go back to tobacco if PVs were outlawed. I'm sure that isn't the effect he wants to have.

Heck, I just lost my dad to cancer this past January. But I wouldn't use it to fuel some kind of personal vendetta against any one given substance and make everyone else suffer for it, ya know?

We need to educate him on the thousands of people who no longer consume cancer causing chemicals. He needs to be educated on the facts!!!
