Just got the phoenix bottom feeder today in the mail. Its missing its box syringes and the sterile pouch has an end tore off , it was opened already and just stuck back in the remaining part of the pouch.

would u guys contact gv and complain?

Was it the Ego type? The one with a black sleeve? If so it does not come with a syringe for some reason. You can complain to them but I found that they normally wont bother if it works. DOA is all they will help with in most cases. If your real nice agout it you stand a slim chance, but its a chance. Give it a shot and see.

Yes its for an ego, i didnt think they made them for anything else,

It lists on the description under contents that it comes with a display box, syringe, and extra needle.

Okay I stand corrected. Sorry about that. I just looked at the pictures at GV and they show them for the clear ones but not for the Ego type. Guess it helps to read up. My dad brought his over to show me yesterday and to use my syringe to fill it. He said it didnt come with one. So we looked it up since it seemed odd that it didn't. I will let him know he also needs to send a note. I quit buying from them due to quality issues.

ya i looked at the site and i guess the ego version says nothing about coming with a syringe, did your dads come in a pouch that was already opened, or was his still sealed?

The Phoenix should come with a syringe and 2 tips. I would definitely contact them and find out where yours are. It's impossible to fill a Phoenix without the needle. Well, not impossible, but you will have a HUGE mess of e-liquid on your hands.
