    Thumbs up So far it's all cake!

    It's been great doing business with LiteCig. Placed my first order 2/25 and it was received complete on 2/27. PA to TX.

    In my opinion the best customer service is the type where you are unaware it is even there. If every thing is as it should be and you take care of your client's there is no reason for them to call for customer service. This has been my experience with LiteCig.

    Placed my first order on March 8th. It shipped the next day and was here by Thursday the 11th. Your website is very easy to navigate and order from. Shipping was fast, and the product is great! I ordered a kr808d-1 starter kit and it is working perfectly! You also have some of the best prices I've seen.

    Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely order from you again.

    Smile Litecig and Shawn= Excellent Customer service

    Placed order on Sunday 3/14 and received today!! Shipped Monday got Wednesday, and I'm on the west coast!! I have been a customer of Shawn's since 5/22/09 and have never gotten an incorrect order,service has always been the best!

    i've actually had a couple incorrect orders but he's responded (instantly as always) with MASSIVE FREE STUFF as an apology and you get to keep whatever was sent in error so he can .... up my orders all day if he wants to!

    Shawn's shop is definitely, in my opinion, the BEST PV shop around. Quality has always been above and beyond expectations, shipping is always FAST, and customer service is spectacular. I had one mixed up order, but Shawn replied to my email in under an hour, and offered a replacement. Can't wait until I have the money to order a Thermo, because knowing Shawn's quality, it will probably be amazing!

    LiteCig is great. Always reliable and fast, and I defy you to find cheaper parts anywhere -- I've looked.

    The only thing I wish was different was some option to choose the color of the leds on batteries, or a note on what colors come with what. I really hate orange leds, and I've gotten a couple here and there. Very minor thing though. All in all, Shawn is my #1 supplier.

    Shawn is definitely the best, fastest service with the best prices, juice selection and quality assurance around. I put my order in Saturday afternoon and arrived today, perfect as usual, even though I put a service ticket in to make a change, the change was made and everything arrived in top order.

    I've been ordering from Shawn since around New Years , I had a question about an item once and gave him a call. He returned my call within an hour and all my questions were answered with professionalism you wouldn't normally expect to find in a young every-changing industry such as this,

    The site is topnotch, the navigation seamless.

    Kudos to my favorite ecig site and propriator, Shawn and LiteCigUSA!

    Well I placed my first order from here today. Other than me screwing it up it was rather smooth and i hate shopping online. I just hope he gets my ticket before they ship as i really dont need anymore addy's.
    As a matter of fact I only shop with one other vendor so I might be adding one more vendor to my really short list..
