Been smoke free for over 60 days I haven't looked at my banner lately, 80 plus days vaping counting the 7 analogs.. I have notice I've been more physically active in getting things done but nothing really taxing just doing more little things in a day.. This moring I was doing some training with the horses and found myself really really running in the 200X300 ft area.. I kept waitting for the grip hacking episoide. My body was tired but I kept up to the end of the training session for both horses which was a little over an hour,, and I kept breathing really deep waitting for that point of pain to hit me and the hacking to start, to recover from doing such a thing as trying to breathe deeply... I couldn't find it,,

there was no limit, there was no keel over hacking fit,,,, I can't remember the last time I had been able to breathe as deep as my lungs could go. I can't remember the last time I thought running around at full speed for over an hour was doable or sane..

I can only think the best of thoughts for the rulling on the 17th,, that vaping will continue for those of us who have already benifited from it, and for those who don't know vaping is an option.

I too can breath more deaply than I've been able to in years. Ain't it a great feeling?

Even walking the dog is easier, so she's all for the vaping!

The court appearance was Aug 17 - Decision will be out in a couple of weeks or so now -

Congratzs - on the Breathing

I can SMELL again - And I got back nearly an entire octave of high notes in my singing voice
