Gripper DOA

New gripper arrived DOA. Im bummed and now I see I can only get a store credit???? Does anyone have one. Is this an isolated instance or are they a problem? BTW waiting a week to get a ticket response to send it back, is that really the case? I am going by what I have seen in other threads. There must be a faster way. Thanks for any and all feedback.

I almost always got a response the next day using the ticket system. Sorry you got a doa, I am sure they will make it up to you though.

Don't worry at all your ticket should have a response monday morning with a solution. DOA's suck but they do happen and been very happy with MV when it does.

You'll love the Gripper... when you get one that works. I have two. So easy to toss in your pocket.

Suggest using 18350s for more mileage if you have them.

Mine was DOA as well. I'll continue to get cartos , but no mods. I still have it here in the box it arrived in. :-(

How long do you have it? Send it back. They answered my ticket the next business day with a RMA authorization on it on it. Before I knew it it was here
