Anybody else having trouble with MadVapes support?
All I know is they haven't respond to mine yet
i wonder if this is a comment to make fun of me since i've been complaining about their service too?? which is wrong to make fun of another person... is this directed towards me???
Maybe this isn't in the same vein since it's about a B&M MadVapes store.
I returned a MV Majestic kit that I purchased yesterday In the new Worcester MA. store. I had no problem returning it. Kevin was kind and most courteous. There was nothing wrong with the kit, but when I got home I discovered my stash of about 10
T3's would not fit. I was so impressed , I purchased a new iTaste vv . So as far as customer service goes, I would say MadVapes passed with flying colors. Maybe the problem is elsewhere ??
