Updated shipping rates

Hey Hoog, this happened last time I ordered and I just wanted to let you know what's going on. I made an order over 25 dollars but it still charged me 2.99 for first class shipping.

This time i did it again and it still comes up as 2.99 first class and the 5 dollar upgrade to priority.

I just went ahead and put my order through with a comment about it in the comments section. Like I say there, it's no biggie b/c it's only 3 bucks. Just thought I'd let you know.

Sorry, keep forgetting to update this.. Shipping rate is still an incredibly low $2.99 But we had to increase the minimum to $45 before free shipping kicks in..
