This article was just published in a local free-weekly paper. It's a feature about a local vape store that just opened. The reporter did a pretty good job.

That's a nice little article about vaping. It doesn't make any claims either way on the subject, but simply lets people know that there is an alternative to smoking, and that vaping is allowable indoors even where smoking is prohibited. I wish similar articles could be published in other cities.
Hardware: Tesla, Silver Bullet @ 3.7v, Omega @ 3.7v, Maxi Roughstack @ 3.7v & 6v, a pile of 3.7v boxmods, VV boxmod. I'm a diehard, old school dripper. There aren't many of us left anymore, too bad because that's how you get the cleanest, tastiest vape.
nope....not as of June 4th. We fought the city council in April and May to get them to take e-cigs out of the smoking ban. The ordinance only applies to the city of Birmingham though. You're correct about designated smoking areas outside of the city limits
Too bad they used the term "get their fix", sounds a little dark for those that don't understand. Otherwise, any forward progress is good.
Oh, by the way ... side line topic thing
I would suspect that we aren't going to hear any saber rattling from
the FDA until AFTER the Election. We aren't a huge voting block, but
"the Pres" needs every vote he can get.
Why, are we Democrats? lol
I know, I'm one without rhythm and hate to march, but we can always go for a hike!
How did we ever lose so much control over the FDA? There seems to be a few government agencies that control us. I always thought it should be the reverse. Once I started with e cigs and developed a dislike for the FDA I began to see them and their faults more clearly. They seem to rarely get it right. If they were public sector employees they would have all been fired by now.
