Here is an article from Chemistry World about smoking cessation. It's mostly about pharmaceutical quit methods, but there is also some discussion of harm reduction. I've only skimmed it at the moment, but it looks like it would be worth a read. You can also comment.

Don't confuse Tom Glynn with the facts. He's got his mind made up.

He's the TPSAC member who tried to add a sentence to the report on dissolvables: "There is no safe tobacco product."

And yet the consensus of TPSAC is that smokers who switch completely to dissolvables will likely see health benefits. If only he had inserted "100%" between "no" and "safe" his colleagues might not have eliminated the sentence. Ah, but then the sentence would not have been misleading.

That's what I was thinking too. It's likely to be read by sciencey type people. I'm watching 3 kids today, so I have to wait until I can form a coherent thought before I comment.

I actually like it when he posts, he makes everyone who stands against us look like a crackpot.
And he gives us a chance to expand our arguments in favor of vaping even further.
