  Hi BHam,
  Just covering my bases on an order. I sent an e-mail to Robert at CS regarding the wrong battery being sent to me twice. I've got two VT1003 bats that I don't want, didn't order and have to send back. What I need is a VT1004 and NOT bright RED. I would appreciate if you could find Robert and send me a VT1004 in either METALLIC RED, GUN METAL or METLLIC BLUE, anything but right RED. Mainly a VT1004 with the small center hole. Thank all of you guys who work so hard for us.
