lol yeah i wouldn't even know where to start to find a tiny little spring like that... considering some of the engineer's books i've seen for parts like those... it could take someone that knows what they're doing a few straight hours+... lol :-P

i should have figured out how to send you the drawings i had... there was a way to send them so you didn't have to have autodesk inventor to see it in 3-d and move stuff around - i just dont remember it... it's actually sort funny i've figured out how to do as much as i have... not normal i dont think. my fiance said, "woah! how did you do that!!!" when she saw it.

whats the verdict on the prodigy? i read something about conductivity changing at different temps too... i wonder how much it varies with normal temp changes... 80 degrees in california -vs- 20 degrees in colorado.... do you have enough tools layin around to test this?

So So .... We have the disc spring switches done. The problem is, I highly doubt most people would be able to apply the needed pressure to activate! 4-5 lbs. of pressure are needed on that disc spring .... haha .... We have one in the works that is now much like yours. We had to make a few tweeks (Contact ring being pressed within the switch to isolate) and a couple other things, but it looks promising! I really appreciate your help bud! Now, its time to find that perfect spring .... haha
