Glad to have you here! I think this subforum (smokeless tobacco) truly saved me from going back to cigarettes. I never understood before why the patches and gum did not work for me, didn't even know tobacco had other stuff in it that I probably 'needed' even more than nicotine. I keep having to remind my husband (does not understand tobacco addiction) that if I weren't snussing, I would probably be on prescription anti anxiety drugs and A.D.D. drugs, which have way more side effects than tobacco and who knows what the long term effects of those are either?? It is nice to have a support group and I always do a little happy dance when another girl joins 'the dark side'! Yeah! I'm not the only one
