The AAPHP has submitted two citizens petitions to the FDA. The first is for e-cigs to be reclassified as tobacco products, and the second is for the FDA to correct it's misleading press statements from last year.

Jim, so sorry for not getting back to you, I never check pm's... as for the 801's, I stuck a pin in the rounded side about an 1/8" up from where it sits in the mouthpiece, but it was too leaky so I moved on.
