Wow I just realized I never answered this- sorry.... since the time you wrote to me I haven't had another cigarette- just using a janty stick. It was good timing because I just started working in hospice a day or two since I had a smoke and a priest came in to give last rites. He smelled so bad from cigs I about barfed. Put me off analogs forever- I cant imagine patients being exposed to that and I'm sure no matter how I covered it it comes through to non-smokers. The plus side is that I don't miss analogs at all now that I'm used to vaping.... and it dont stink ....
I'm going to take my time on the cycle down thing; I don't want to lower the nic so fast I miss it. I'm on 24 mg now, in a month or two, i'll use 18, etc, etc. But for sure the health benefits so far have been wonderful; no SOB, no cough, no stuffy nostrils, no smell, more energy, on and on. I'm one happy camper. Good luck, I hope it works the same or better for you !
