The AAPHP has submitted two citizens petitions to the FDA. The first is for e-cigs to be reclassified as tobacco products, and the second is for the FDA to correct it's misleading press statements from last year.

Thanks Sun I got a little excited when I saw that article and went to post it here. At the same time I was hearing about the little boy in the weather balloon! Too much excitement at once. I should have know it was an ad!
