A fix for stuck pipe switch?

I bought a used mini-pipe and as soon as I screw in the atty the battery remains on. Probably a switch sticking. Any nice easy fix that won't totally toast it?

I used a syringe and squirted some 3% Hydrogen peroxide in the atomizer and battery hole. Let it "boil" for a minute then blew out with compressed air, repeated x 3 and now works great (Even getting bigger smoke)
