I just picked the first nail I could find - a quick tap just to puncture it for a smaller hole, a double tap to widen it out for a bigger one.

Thats just how I did it till I got the punch & jig set from vapor age.

Not officially but they spent the whole interview just showing me around including what would be my office and introduced me to everyone. they are supposed to let me know middle of next week.
