Just to clarify this, these tanks fit both E2's and carto's? In other words there isn't a different type of tank for each?

And to clarify once again, will we be needing to find preslotted cartos as replacements, or because the tank sits above the 510 threading, there is no need to cut the cartomizer?

I think they use slotted cartos.Most of the others use slotted or punched. The slotted ones are easy to do yourself with a dremel tool.
